RETURNS & REFUNDS
Thank you for your purchase at Ibiza Vibe. We hope you're happy with your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a flexible return policy.
14-Day Return Policy
You have up to 14 days after receiving your items to return them. Start your return by sending an email to info@ibiza-vibe.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with the return address and necessary instructions.
Return Conditions
It's important that all returned items are unused, in their original condition, and have all labels and tags still attached. Damaged, used, or altered items will not be accepted for return. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, if they meet our conditions, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5-10 days via the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective products, we provide a free return label. For all other returns, shipping costs are your responsibility.
Restocking Fees
No restocking fees apply at Ibiza Vibe.
How to Return an Order
All products must be returned by mail; personal deliveries to the store or other locations are not accepted.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to start the process.
Changing Shipping Address Once an order has been placed, we can no longer change the shipping address. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you've made an address error.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
Check your bank account again after 5-10 days. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If there are still issues after that, contact us.
Damage and Issues
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we will quickly provide a solution.
