Deze website wordt beheerd door Ibiza Vibe. In de tekst verwijzen de termen “wij”, “ons” en “onze” naar Ibiza Vibe. Ibiza Vibe biedt deze website aan, inclusief alle informatie, gereedschappen en diensten die beschikbaar zijn op deze site aan jou, de gebruiker, onder voorbehoud van je acceptatie van alle hier vermelde voorwaarden, condities, beleid en mededelingen.

Door onze site te bezoeken en/of iets van ons te kopen, ga je deel uitmaken van onze “Service” en ga je akkoord gebonden te zijn aan de volgende voorwaarden (“Servicevoorwaarden”, "Voorwaarden"), inclusief die aanvullende voorwaarden en beleidsregels die hierin genoemd zijn en/of beschikbaar via hyperlink. Deze Servicevoorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle gebruikers van de site, inclusief zonder beperking gebruikers die browsers, verkopers, klanten, handelaars en/of bijdragers van inhoud zijn.

We behouden ons het recht voor om een deel van deze Servicevoorwaarden bij te werken, te wijzigen of te vervangen door updates en/of wijzigingen op onze website te plaatsen. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om deze pagina regelmatig te controleren op wijzigingen. Je voortgezet gebruik van of toegang tot de website na het plaatsen van wijzigingen betekent acceptatie van die wijzigingen.

Onze winkel is gehost op Shopify Inc. Zij voorzien ons van het online e-commerce platform dat ons in staat stelt onze producten en diensten aan jou te verkopen.

SECTIE 1 - ONLINE WINKELVOORWAARDEN Door akkoord te gaan met deze Servicevoorwaarden, verklaar je dat je ten minste de meerderjarige leeftijd hebt in je staat of provincie van verblijf, of dat je de meerderjarige leeftijd hebt in je staat of provincie van verblijf en dat je ons je toestemming hebt gegeven om je minderjarige afhankelijken deze site te laten gebruiken. Je mag onze producten niet gebruiken voor enig illegaal of ongeautoriseerd doel, noch mag je, in het gebruik van de Service, enige wetten in jouw rechtsgebied overtreden (inclusief maar niet beperkt tot auteursrecht wetten). Je begrijpt dat jouw inhoud (met uitzondering van creditcardinformatie) onversleuteld kan worden overgedragen en betrokken kan zijn bij (a) transmissies over diverse netwerken; en (b) wijzigingen om te voldoen aan technische vereisten van verbindende netwerken of apparaten. Creditcardinformatie wordt altijd versleuteld overgedragen over netwerken. Je stemt ermee in om geen enkel deel van de Service, het gebruik van de Service, of de toegang tot de Service of enig contact op de website via welke de Service wordt aangeboden, te reproduceren, dupliceren, kopiëren, verkopen, doorverkopen of exploiteren zonder uitdrukkelijke schriftelijke toestemming van ons. SECTIE 5 - PRODUCTEN OF DIENSTEN (indien van toepassing) We hebben er alles aan gedaan om de kleuren en afbeeldingen van onze producten die in de winkel verschijnen zo nauwkeurig mogelijk weer te geven. We kunnen echter niet garanderen dat de weergave van enige kleur op je computerscherm accuraat zal zijn. We behouden ons het recht voor, maar zijn niet verplicht, om de verkoop van onze producten of diensten te beperken aan enige persoon, geografisch gebied of rechtsgebied. We kunnen dit recht uitoefenen op basis van individuele gevallen. We behouden ons het recht voor om de hoeveelheden van de aangeboden producten of diensten te beperken. Alle beschrijvingen van producten of productprijzen kunnen op elk moment zonder kennisgeving worden gewijzigd, naar ons eigen goeddunken. We behouden ons het recht voor om elk product op elk moment te discontinueren. Elk aanbod voor een product of dienst op deze site is nietig waar verboden. We garanderen niet dat de kwaliteit van de producten, diensten, informatie of ander materiaal dat je hebt gekocht of verkregen zal voldoen aan je verwachtingen, of dat eventuele fouten in de Service zullen worden gecorrigeerd.

SECTIE 6 - NAUWKEURIGHEID VAN FACTURATIE EN ACCOUNTINFORMATIE We behouden ons het recht voor om elke bestelling die je bij ons plaatst te weigeren. Naar eigen goeddunken kunnen we de aantallen gekochte goederen per persoon, per huishouden of per bestelling beperken of annuleren. Deze beperkingen kunnen bestellingen omvatten die zijn geplaatst onder dezelfde klantaccount, dezelfde creditcard, en/of bestellingen die gebruik maken van hetzelfde factuur- en/of verzendadres. In het geval dat we een wijziging aanbrengen in of een bestelling annuleren, zullen we proberen je hiervan op de hoogte te stellen door contact op te nemen via het e-mailadres en/of factuuradres/telefoonnummer dat op het moment van de bestelling is opgegeven. We behouden ons het recht voor om bestellingen die volgens ons oordeel lijken te zijn geplaatst door dealers, wederverkopers of distributeurs te beperken of te verbieden.

Je stemt ermee in om actuele, volledige en nauwkeurige aankoop- en accountinformatie te verstrekken voor alle aankopen die in onze winkel worden gedaan. Je stemt ermee in om je account- en andere informatie, inclusief je e-mailadres en creditcardnummers en vervaldatums, onmiddellijk bij te werken, zodat we je transacties kunnen voltooien en indien nodig contact met je kunnen opnemen.

SECTIE 7 - OPTIONELE GEREEDSCHAPPEN We kunnen je toegang bieden tot gereedschappen van derden waarover we geen toezicht houden en waarover we geen controle of inbreng hebben.
