This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our website, ibiza-vibe.com. We recommend reading this policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within Europe:

  • Shipping costs: Free shipping on all orders.

Processing and Delivery Time

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Delivery time: 7-12 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Carrier

We use Bpost for all orders within Belgium. We use PostNL for all orders within the Netherlands.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your order.

Incorrect Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Ibiza Vibe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice that you provided the wrong address, contact us within 24 hours so we can correct it.

Damage and Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery, or your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, provided the products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For more details, see our return policy.

Cancellations

Want to cancel your order? Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to return the order upon receipt for a refund.

Order Cutoff

Time Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. The daily cutoff time for placing an order is 3:00 PM.
